apartments:
most 2-3 room apartments will start off at $800.
The deposits for apartments are larger than deposits for single rooms.
Try negotiating with the landlord for cheaper rent if you're willing to put in a bigger deposit.

* The deposits for apartments usually start off at $5000.
* deposits are often called "key money".
* If you are lucky, there are some apartments that have very cheap deposits!
* Unlike goshiwons, you will have to pay for your own electricity, water, & etc.

some apartments come with everything you need:
*Television, utensils, washing machine, & etc.
However some apartments may be completely empty!
when you are hunting for apartments, it is smart to check out several apartments in different areas.
